The NCVE Examination System is a secure, centralized digital examination platform developed to help authorized institutions, training centres, and academies efficiently manage their complete examination process online. The platform enables institutions to create examinations based on their approved curriculum, configure assessment criteria, prepare question papers, conduct examinations digitally, monitor student participation, evaluate responses, and maintain examination records through a dedicated institutional portal.
Each authorized institution is provided with secure access to the examination management system. Administrators can create and publish examinations and generate unique examination links that can be shared with eligible students. Students can then access the examination through the provided link, complete the required registration and verification process, and attend the examination online. The system is designed to improve transparency, standardization, accessibility, and administrative efficiency while maintaining proper examination and student records for future reference.
