Thank you for your interest in becoming an Authorized Training Provider (ATP) with the National Council for Vocational Education (NCVE). By entering into an agreement with NCVE as an ATP, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Compliance:
- As an ATP, you agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing vocational education and training in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to deliver vocational education programs that meet NCVE’s curriculum frameworks, instructional standards, and program requirements.
2. Quality Assurance:
- You commit to maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of program delivery, including instructional quality, student support services, and administrative processes.
- You agree to participate in ongoing quality assurance activities, including program evaluations, reviews, and assessments conducted by NCVE.
3. Accreditation Maintenance:
- You agree to maintain your accreditation status by complying with NCVE’s accreditation maintenance requirements, which may include periodic reviews, reporting, and compliance with accreditation standards.
- You understand that failure to maintain accreditation may result in the suspension or revocation of your ATP status.
4. Program Delivery and Resources:
- You are responsible for delivering vocational education programs in accordance with NCVE’s guidelines, including providing qualified instructors, appropriate facilities, and necessary resources for program delivery.
- You agree to ensure that instructional materials, equipment, and facilities meet industry standards and are conducive to student learning.
5. Student Recruitment and Enrollment:
- You agree to adhere to ethical practices in student recruitment and enrollment, providing accurate and transparent information about program offerings, tuition fees, admission requirements, and student outcomes.
- You agree to maintain records of student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress in accordance with NCVE’s policies and procedures.
6. Student Support Services:
- You agree to provide comprehensive student support services, including academic advising, counseling, tutoring, and job placement assistance, to support student success and well-being.
- You understand that student support services are integral to program effectiveness and student satisfaction.
7. Marketing and Branding:
- You agree to use NCVE’s branding and marketing materials in a manner consistent with NCVE’s guidelines and policies.
- You understand that unauthorized use of NCVE’s branding or misrepresentation of accreditation status may result in termination of your ATP status.
8. Compliance and Reporting:
- You agree to comply with NCVE’s policies, procedures, and reporting requirements, including timely submission of required documentation, reports, and updates.
- You understand that non-compliance with NCVE’s policies and requirements may result in disciplinary action, including termination of your ATP status.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- The Academic Year for ATPs is from June 1 to May 31 of every year.
- All student registrations must be completed immediately after admission using the provided NCVE forms.
- ATP registrations are valid until May 31 of the academic year and must be renewed annually.
- Fees paid to NCVE are non-refundable.
- ATPs must not provide false or misleading information to students or the public, as this may result in cancellation of recognition without prior notice. NCVE is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from such actions.
- ATPs acknowledge that NCVE is a non-profit, non-governmental educational organization and must not misrepresent NCVE as a direct government department. Courses promoted and certificates issued by NCVE are not issued by a direct government body.
- ATPs must abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions made by NCVE management from time to time.
